The food court has a variety of food options, almost for every taste, such as Crave, Charlie’s Pizza, Subway, and Villa China. The Mall has a variety of National and Local Tenants such as: Kress, Rainbow, Payless Shoesource, All Ways 99, Bakers, among others.
Centro del Sur has more than 50 years of established and that makes it the traditional commercial center in Ponce.

“Salón de la Comunidad” facilities are equipped to handle moderate number of people. Santa Rosa Mall and Centro Del Sur tenants are entitled and have the privilege on the use of our facilities for employee training sessions and meetings. This program is possible thanks to the efforts in conjunction of Commercial Centers Management and the Department of Community Service.
